You can generally only delete or close your Fanatics Collect account if you have no active listings and no collectibles stored in your vault.
When you are ready to close or delete your account, you have two options:
Through the app
Access your profile by tapping the icon in the top left corner and clicking settings then account.
Follow the directions to continue deleting your account.
Via email
Email your request to close or delete your account to cs@fanaticscollect.com. Depending on your account activity, it will either be closed or deleted or you will receive an email from our Trust & Safety team with more information on the next steps.
Each request to delete or close an account is reviewed to see if the user has active listings and bids, collectibles in the vault, outstanding invoices, and on-account funds.
Can I delete or close my Fanatics Collect account if I have collectibles stored in the vault or listed for sale, active bids, or unpaid invoices?
No, you cannot delete or close your account if you have collectibles in the vault or listed for sale.
When you request to delete or close your account, our team will contact you to help you fulfill your items out of the vault to you. If you have active bids, they will be removed. If you have open invoices, we will cancel them and make a note regarding your account for future reference.
