Fanatics Collect clients can expect all fulfillments to be pulled and packed within 3 to 5 business days after they pay the fulfillment invoice. Fanatics Collect packs all items with care to ensure they arrive in the same shape as their listing. Fanatics Collect ships items using either FedEx or USPS depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of any given shipment. All options are estimates and are subject to change. Final prices are posted on the shipping invoice.
Do we ship domestically and internationally?
Yes - we ship both domestically and internationally. Domestic and international shipping details can be found below.
Shipping Standards (Domestic)
All items/shipments mailed by Fanatics Collect will include their full insurance value (based on the item's appraisal value) to comply with Fanatics Collect’s insurance policy.
Small Packages (12 standard-sized cards or less):
- Appraised Value: $1 to $749
- Shipped via USPS (no signature required)
- Appraised Value: $750-$999
- Shipped via USPS (signature required)
- Appraised Value: $1,000+
- Shipped Via FedEx (signature required), unless shipped to a PO Box
- Appraised Value: $10,000+ for PO Boxes
- Shipped via USPS Registered Mail (signature required)
- Appraised Value: $17,000+
- Shipped via FedEx priority overnight (signature required)
Larger Packages (12+ cards and all wax boxes):
- All larger packages of 12 cards or more, memorabilia, or any package containing one or more wax boxes will be shipped via FedEx unless the address provided for the shipment is a PO Box.
- All larger packages with insurance values (appraisal values) over $750 will have signature requirements, but size and total weight of the package may affect the expediency of delivery.
Shipping Standards (International)
- For international shipments, Fanatics Collect primarily uses FedEx and highly recommends international clients set their mailing address to an address FedEx can deliver to (non-PO Box address).
- All couriers Fanatics Collect use require that addresses use English characters. Please ensure you write your mailing address in English to simplify your shipping process.
- Please update your contact information in case a courier needs to contact you regarding any potential issues regarding your shipment.
- International shipments valued over $300 USD require a signature.
- The size and weight of a given shipment may affect the timeframe for international delivery.
- Taxes and/or duties may apply to international shipments.
- All items/shipments mailed by Fanatics Collect will be listed for their full insurance value (appraisal value) to comply with our insurance policy.
How is item insurance value calculated?
All vaulted items are fully insured. That insurance value is now determined by the appraised value of an item.
If you have concerns about an appraised value, you can request a reappraisal by following these steps:
- Click on the card in your Vault Portfolio.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Request Edit."
- Type "review appraised value" and provide context for any changes you're requesting.
Can Fanatics Collect hold my items if I will not be available on their current delivery date?
Fanatics Collect cannot hold onto shipments following a payment. After purchase and payment, Fanatics Collect ships items within 3 to 5 business days.
What happens if there is an issue delivering my package?
If for any reason a delivery service cannot deliver your package, your package will be returned to sender per FedEx and USPS policy. Clients will need to make arrangements with Fanatics Collect to have their shipment resent. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping costs on all Fanatics Collect listings are estimated and will be adjusted at the completion of the auction based on the final closing value of the item. Actual shipping costs will be reflected in the invoice sent to the buyer

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country on the buyer.
The chart below describes the shipping cost for single or multiple cards purchased from the same auction shipping to locations outside the United States. Shipping rates for group lots, sets, and oversized cards are not reflected in this matrix. Please contact Fanatics Collect with any questions regarding the shipping of these items before bidding.
How do I track my inbound shipping or track my submission to Fanatics Collect?
Purchasing tracking for your inbound submission shipment is the best way to track it. By doing so, you can look up your tracking number online through the shipping service you used to send your collectibles to Fanatics Collect.
Adding your tracking number to your submission, either initially or after you send it, helps your submission get ingested quicker. If you need to add your tracking number after you’ve sent your submission, you can do so by visiting the Submissions section of your profile.
We will contact you to let you know when your submission has arrived and when it’s been curated.
Where does Fanatics Collect ship to?
Fanatics Collect ships domestically and internationally to most addresses, including residential and commercial addresses and PO Boxes. However, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes if the value of the fulfilled collectibles is greater than $10,000.
What shipping services does Fanatics Collect provide?
Fanatics Collect ships internationally and domestically, with each shipment including full insurance coverage based on the appraisal value of the contents within.
Fanatics Collect offers the following types of shipping:

A signature is required on all domestic shipping services valued at $750.00 or more and international shipping services valued at $400.
How do I track my shipment to me?
You will receive an email including a tracking number notifying you your order has been shipped. You can then track your shipment using that tracking number.
How do I locate my tracking number?
On web please login and click on your initials on top right corner. From the drop down select vault, then hit the second tab called requests. You can then click view to see the status of your request. All tracking numbers will be uploaded there.
Via the app please select activity on the bottom of your screen then scroll down to vault. From there select retrieval on the top of your screen to open the applicable request and view the tracking number.
How do I ship from my vault?
Via web, click on your profile in the top right corner and then access your Vault. Select which collectibles you want shipped to you by ticking the box to the left of each. Then click on the Actions dropdown menu and choose Ship. Follow the directions from there to complete your shipping request.
Via the app, tap on your collection in the bottom right corner of the screen and then select the item(s) you would like to retrieve. Press retrieve when done and follow the directions from there to complete your request.
How do I find my account ID?
Log in and click on your initials on the top right of the screen (top left on mobile). Your account ID can be found next to your Vault Address - listed next to 'ID' in the address field.
