Items removed from the Vault within the first 90 days of curation will have a 3% fulfillment fee(based on the insured value). After 90 days from curation, the fulfillment fee will drop to 1%.
Please follow these steps to create a fulfillment request for items in your Vault portfolio:
- Log into your Member Dashboard.
- Click on your initials on the top right corner of the screen
- Select Vault from the drop-down menu.
- Check the box(s) next to the card(s) you wish to ship.
- Click on the Actions button.
- Select Retrieve.
- Complete the form.
- Pay the invoice.

If you wish to have items won in different auctions shipped together you must first send these items to your vault. After all the items are curated into your vault you may create a fulfillment request to have the items all sent out at once. If the shipping invoice for these requests has already been paid for - you will be unable to ship these items together.
